Return & Refund Policy

At Mirror Merch, we want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-customised) items. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of our custom stickers, personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your design details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you paid via Afterpay, your refund will be processed through Afterpay and instalment adjustments will apply accordingly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, contact us at [your contact email].

Discount Codes & Sale Items

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Production & Shipping Times

Please note that custom sticker orders require 2–3 business days of production time before shipping. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days after dispatch. This timeline is separate from our return window, which begins from the date of delivery.
